Oneness is a Foundation Stone of a Society |

The technology is the media that has made the world smaller even though a distance has remained the same between people to people. For instance, employees can change their shift duties from their working places and the world has become a ‘global village’ of the trade with an adoptive technology of lingua franca in some parts. However, the solution lies in a return to traditional values.
People from all over the world can be individually recognized by their nationalities: an American, Japanese, Chinese, the British, etc. Whether at home, Nepal or abroad, it would be a great idea to establish any social organization on our nationality as a Nepalese Association rather than communal ones. On top of that, we can transmit ideas, change minds and share ideas with a good value for our better unity. Through this, we can develop our nation because people are assets of the country. For this, you can learn a lesson from developed nations which you can see a position of America before its independence in 1776 and today. The United States of America is formed up by fifty states which has become both politically and materially the world powerful nation. Or, China is rapidly growing on its own path. And even Singapore has risen from an island into a nation.
Hence, inflation is number one public enemy but love changes everything. Therefore, certain circumstances can compel to form up communal Associations to train people. As you know, research is king; this could be one of the new admirable ideas as a new doctrine of national community to form a new society which could produce a lot of love. By this way, we still need to add young talent with popular mantra of a good leadership by the younger generations for the happiness of the whole society to change the face of the world.
It is a thought with advancing knowledge and it is believed with a crystal clear idea, so I wish to vote for a new policy of ‘one community-one association’. Like ‘one man-one post’, I believe that Magar Association should train the younger generations to enable them to stand above the fray in the days to come. This could be the best policy like ‘one head in one body’. To have one association for the whole Magar Community. Perhaps, it may play an important role in favour of Magars in order to establish an indelible link of worldwide spreading Magars. In retrospect, as roots of Magars, you are really “brothers and sisters”, it does not matter where you are from. It is also well known that your status both socially and culturally is equal, neither bigger nor smaller within your Magar Community, even though the ‘main caste’of Magar has being further divided into sub-castes. You should be proud for the equality in the status of your whole Magars because you cannot put an ‘old head on young shoulders’. The ‘one community-one association’ can really create the stronger platform of Magar Association because it could be the backbone of Magars to face in today’s world of cut-throat competitions. Like ‘one country-two systems’ in Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region) which has perfectly worked.
Gossip is a spreading poison but complements oil the wheels of life. As being Magars, you should put your best foot forward to build up your Magar Association. With one hope and the same heart, you smile together as a family and enjoy the fruit of your hard work for your ‘oneness’. Do you know what oneness is? Of course, you do because you are almost a textbook case about its reality. But let me express about the oneness in some sense from my own thought. Oneness is unity but for its good reason, it is a state of happiness by sharing friendliness and helpfulness of acts within the family of the association, such acts of relationship can only be maintained through a shining leadership by someone, who is remarkably cultivated and educated like you.
‘Good wine needs no brush’ is universally true; therefore, today you are happy being the children of two parents: Hong Kong and Nepal. However, ‘no one can judge a book by its cover’ is also equally true. Thus, if all Magars heartily consider about your descendant as from the same ancestor and work together as a family for your community under the one umbrella scheme. Who knows, perhaps, your successfully happiest days could come to be a good leader of the nation and even you could be like Mr. Lee Kwun Yew, who is one of the brightest, ablest, seminal figures of Asia.
Of course, I love your Magar Association because I am also one of the bona fide Magars. I am heartily ready to share values of my grey grown hairs with homegrown talent and cultural knowledge with others within our Magar Community in favour of our competitive advantage. Finally and possibly, I may break my Mongolian face into smile, if all Magars use a happiness formula for our oneness with a clean slat to race against time.
